Aqua Wash Club Membership Terms & Conditions:
These therms and conditions ( the "Program Terms & Conditions") govern the Aqua Wash Club Program ( The Aqua Wash Club) operated by Cedaredge Car Wash L.L.C. or any of its operating subsidiaries.
("Company"). By becoming a member of the Aqua Wash Club Program ("you" or a "member") and receiving benefits of the Aqua wash Club Program, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Program terms & conditions. These Programs terms and conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions of the Aqua Wash Club Program
As an Aqua Wash Club Member, you understand that the credit Card Provided will be automatically charged each month until the membership is cancelled or terminated. No prior notification of such charges will be provided unless the date or amount of your charge changes or if these terms change, in which the company will provide a 30 Days notice prior to payment being collected through a communication to you through email or mobile number associated with your Aqua Wash Club Account, and notice that will be poste here on this website.
You authorize Company or it's agent to charge your credit card account for the amount of the monthly membership fee. The monthly billing date will be the same date the initial membership purchase is completed. However if the membership is sold on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, the pass renewal date will automatically be set to the 28th.

Eligiblity
The Aqua Wash Club is open only to individuals who are residents of Colorado and are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and who provide valid and accurate personal information and valid and accurate credit card, cell phone number, and email when enrolling. only one vehicle per account is allowed, different accounts can't be combined.
Program Benefits
Aqua wash Club membership provides unlimited car washes* for your qualifying registered vehicle during regular business hours at the Cedaredge car wash where you enrolled each month your membership is renewed.
*wash details are determined by the wash package you select, which will be identified in your enrollment materials
Canceling Membership
Membership may be canceled at any time. Cancellation must be received at least (7) days prior to the next billing date, otherwise, you may be charged for that month and the cancellation will be effective for a full calendar month at a time, no cancellation request as directed on the
Modification & Termination of Unlimited Program
Company may change the Aqua Wash Club Program and associated benifits for any reason, at any time, and with out notice. Company may make changes that affect, without limitation, process, benifits, price, and rules of the Aqua Wash Club Programs benifits and services are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice, exept, the company will...
