How Our Fleet Account's Work

Managing your company's vehicles washes is easy with Aqua Wash

1. Account Setup:

We set up your business fleet account and load $100 in prepaid credit onto your fleet card for the month.

2. Simple Use:

Your drivers can wash anytime using the fleet card — no cash or personal payment needed. Each wash automatically deducts from your prepaid balance. All they have to do is Tap there Fleet card on our card readers.

3. Monthly Billing:

At the end of each month, we review your total usage and send you an itemized invoice for what was used.

4. Account Management:

All account updates — such as adding credit, changing limits, or issuing new cards — are handled directly by Aqua Wash to keep your account secure and accurate.
